I am always looking to encourage my clients to reach their full potential and to successfully achieve all their goals. My technical and practical knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics means I can deliver personalised and effective training programs, combined with nutritional advice, to meet individual needs. My previous career as a scientist has given me the tools to guarantee my clients get the results they desire in the fastest safest way. I have experience working with people suffering from many aliments, such as Krone's, Inflammatory Bowel, Coeliac disease, arthritis, cancer, hypothyroidism and diabetes. For such illnesses, diet is particularly important. Especially when coordinating various medications. In such cases I will work with the clients doctor and/ or dietician to ensure safety. My ultimate aim is to help you be in the best shape of your life and maintain it!

I have studied strength and conditioning coaching in great detail and have used this knowledge to help, not only sports men and women from a variety of fields, but also many office workers who want to fit their training sessions into their busy working days. The majority of the people I train work long, hard hours sitting at a desk, and generally they want to improve body shape and reduce the risk of heart disease or other health issues associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Not only have I managed to give my clients that fitness model physique, but have also significantly improved their health. I am also experienced in pre and post natal training, strongman training, olympic weight lifting and sporting performance.
